It's the valve that feeds cold water into the Alde at the bottom front. The first photo shows the valve open to drain, the second is closed to fill the tank.1 -

Do not buy this $33 model. It's just a $7 one spray painted black! Used two 1/4" wood boards to secure to the rack.2 -
